Pricing may include:

  • One-time service fees
  • Monthly recurring fees

  • Performance-related components, where explicitly agreed in writing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, transaction fees, advertising spend, and third-party costs.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

First Point Media LLC accepts payments through secure and reputable financial channels, which may include:

  • Credit and debit cards processed via Stripe
  • ACH bank transfers
  • Wire transfers
  • Other approved electronic payment methods

The Company does not accept cash payments.

4. Secure Payment Processing

All card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.

First Point Media LLC does not store, process, or retain full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive banking credentials.

Payment data is handled exclusively by secure financial institutions and payment service providers using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

5. Billing Timing and Service Commencement

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • Services are billed in advance
  • Payment confirmation is required before work begins
  • Recurring services are billed at the start of each billing cycle

Failure to complete payment may delay onboarding, campaign launch, or service delivery.

6. Recurring Billing Authorization

For ongoing or subscription-based services:

  • You authorize automatic recurring charges using the provided payment method
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date billing details
  • Failed payments may result in retry attempts and temporary suspension

Recurring billing continues until properly canceled in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Late Payments and Non-Payment

If payment is not received by the due date:

  • Services may be paused or terminated without notice
  • Access to tools, platforms, campaigns, or deliverables may be restricted
  • Outstanding balances remain payable

The Company reserves the right to recover unpaid amounts, including reasonable administrative and collection costs.

8. Advertising Spend and Third-Party Costs

Advertising budgets, platform fees, software subscriptions, hosting services, call tracking systems, and other third-party costs are billed separately unless explicitly included.

Such costs are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Subject to third-party provider terms
  • Outside the direct control of First Point Media LLC

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes constitute a material breach of this Policy.

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • Services may be immediately suspended
  • Evidence may be submitted to payment processors
  • The client remains responsible for all outstanding balances and fees

Repeated disputes may result in permanent termination of services.

10. Taxes and Currency

Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges related to purchased services, excluding taxes imposed directly on the Company’s income.

All charges are processed in United States dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise.

11. Billing Errors and Inquiries

Billing concerns must be submitted in writing within fourteen days of the charge date.

Failure to notify the Company within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the charge.

12. Financial Data Protection

The Company implements reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect financial and transactional data, including:

  • Limited internal access on a need-to-know basis
  • Secure third-party payment infrastructure
  • Contractual obligations with payment providers

Despite best efforts, no payment system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
