By purchasing services, you acknowledge and agree that work begins upon payment confirmation and resources are immediately allocated.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Strategy development and planning
  • Onboarding and setup work
  • Campaign creation, configuration, or optimization
  • Website development once work has commenced
  • Advertising spend and third-party platform fees
  • Software licenses, tools, or subscriptions
  • Consulting calls already delivered

4. Limited Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered solely at the Company’s discretion in exceptional circumstances where:

  • No work has commenced
  • No access credentials or materials have been delivered
  • No third-party costs have been incurred

Any approved refund may be reduced by administrative, processing, or transaction fees.

5. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation by providing written notice via email.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable
  • Outstanding balances remain payable

Early termination does not entitle the client to partial refunds for unused time or services.

6. Suspension or Termination by the Company

First Point Media LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • The client violates applicable laws or platform policies
  • The client provides misleading or unlawful content
  • Continued service poses legal or reputational risk

In such cases, no refunds shall be issued.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior written communication constitutes a material breach of this Policy.

The Company reserves the right to suspend services and pursue recovery of funds.

8. Pauses and Service Holds

Service pauses may be granted at the Company’s discretion.

Paused services do not extend billing cycles unless explicitly agreed in writing.

9. No Guarantee Disclaimer

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results, performance, or expectations, as outcomes are inherently variable and not guaranteed.

10. Modifications to This Policy

First Point Media LLC reserves the right to update this Policy at any time.

Changes will be posted on the Website with a revised Effective Date.
